Position Overview

Tecllo is seeking an experienced and proactive Client Manager to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with our international team of designers, marketers, and strategists to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand clients' needs and objectives to ensure the delivery of effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client strategies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in client management or account management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to clients.
• Experience in project management and team coordination.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
