Position Overview

Tecllo is seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong foundation in visual design principles, proficiency in design software, and a passion for creating engaging digital and print materials. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our international team of designers, marketers, and strategists to produce high-quality design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain brand identities.
• Assist in the design process from concept to final execution.
• Ensure design consistency across different platforms and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Prepare and organize design files for handoff to development or production teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
