Position Overview

Tecllo is seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Brand Strategist to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in brand strategy development, market analysis, and client management. The ideal candidate will work closely with our international team of designers, marketers, and consultants to create and implement impactful brand strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy development.
• Create brand positioning, messaging, and identity guidelines.
• Lead brand workshops and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand implementation.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the agency's strategic capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in brand strategy or related strategic roles.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies for diverse clients.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing and mentoring team members.
• Proficiency in strategy development tools and methodologies.
