Position Overview

Tecllo is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our team. This role requires expertise in visual design, brand identity development, and digital design. The ideal candidate will work closely with our international team of designers, marketers, and strategists to create impactful design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various client projects, from concept to execution.
• Create innovative and visually appealing designs for both digital and print media.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to ensure design aligns with overall brand objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Present design concepts and final deliverables to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
